Although the consortium has a very strict procedure for hotels wishing to join, backed up by mystery guest visits using a professional consultancy, we still like to receive feedback from “real” customers, whether good or bad. What was the best thing about the hotel or its staff? What, if anything, could be improved? Did it match your expectations of a Pride of Britain member? What would encourage you to try another Pride of Britain hotel?
