As Spring arrives and the Scottish countryside bursts into colour, enjoy an Easter break at Glenapp Castle. We are offering a number of activities for all the family to enjoy from a fun Easter Egg hunts to an amazing Falconry display. This special Easter break is for three nights from Friday 19th April 2019 departing on Monday 22nd April 2019. A variety of different room types are available and also a range of interconnecting rooms, sofa beds and cots for our younger guests. Easter at Glenapp is a true Egg-stravangaza with something for everyone!.
The itinerary for the Easter weekend is as follows:
Friday 19th April 2019 – Once at Glenapp you can totally relax, unwind, and unplug! Explore the castle gardens or take a leisurely walk through the Glen looking for Easter bunnies or local wildlife such as red squirrels and deer. Make sure you book your place on our new Egg Chess challenge over the weekend. After your three-course gourmet dinner you can relax by the fire in the Drawing Room, chat with friends over a drink or two or step outside and wonder at the beauty of our starlit sky.
Saturday 20th April 2019 – Enjoy a sea safari adventure to the iconic Ailsa Craig on our Glenapp Castle boat, a truly magical experience! For younger guests why not start the Easter Egg hunt which is suitable for all ages and so much fun! You could play croquet, tennis or boules in the castle grounds, use our Glenapp mountain bikes to go on a cycle tour or why not visit the coastal spa nearby for a rejuvenating treatment, swim or Jacuzzi. Finish the day off with a delicious six-course ‘Tasting’ dinner showcasing all our wonderful local ‘Springtime’ Scottish produce.
Sunday 21st April 2019– Don’t miss the amazing, interactive falconry display on the lawn this morning, an exhilarating experience for all the family. From the cutest baby owls to the magnificence of our Golden Eagles everyone will enjoy this spectacle – don’t forget your camera. Join in our Easter bonnet competition with prizes for everyone and watch for the Easter bunny as he pays a visit. For those guests wishing to attend mass on Easter Sunday morning we will be delighted to offer complimentary transfers to the local church in Ballantrae. Join our General Manager for Springtime cocktails served in our newly refurbished, Victorian Glasshouse set in the heart of our walled garden and soak in the beauty of the walled garden bursting with life. Afterwards, tuck into a wonderful Easter Sunday Afternoon tea filled with lots of sweet treats, delicate sandwiches and chocolate surprises. In the evening relax over another superb three-course gourmet dinner in our award-winning restaurant.
Monday 22nd April 2019 – Relish your final famous Glenapp Traditional Scottish breakfast and bid farewell to friends, old and new, and a fond farewell from the Glenapp Team. Haste ye Back!

Final payment by Friday 22nd March 2019. Subject to availability. Use of the spa facilities and spa treatments can be booked with an additional cost. Children up to 15 years of age are accommodated free of charge on a bed and breakfast basis when sharing a room with two paying adults, with any meals or drinks being charged as taken.
