New York Sour

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 60ml Bourbon
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Syrup de Gomme
  • 1 Egg white
  • 15ml Red wine

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients except for the red wine into a shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top up with the red wine.
