- 60ml Bourbon
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Syrup de Gomme
- 1 Egg white
- 15ml Red wine
- Add all the ingredients except for the red wine into a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake well and strain into glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top up with the red wine.
