Mint Iced Tea for Summer

  • 100ml peppermint tea
  • 50ml apple juice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup
  • Chopped mint leaves
  • Ice


Infuse the mint teabag in freshly boiled water for three minutes then remove the tea bag. Stir in the syrup and leave to cool. Add the lime juice and apple juice then serve with the chopped mint leaves and ice.
