Le Talbooth, flagship restaurant of the Milsom Hotels and Restaurants group, has begun 2013 with a striking new design throughout the building.
The dramatic makeover is the vision of Geraldine Milsom whose distinctive design can be seen across the entire hotel and restaurant group. She comments, “Le Talbooth celebrated its 60th anniversary last year and with the arrival of a new Head Chef, Zack Deakins, it seemed only fitting that we should take the restaurant forward into a new era with an original and bold new look”.
The new look is light, vibrant and glamorous with a casual air. Le Talbooth is the very definition of a destination restaurant. Located on the banks of the River Stour in the heart of Constable Country on the border of Essex and Suffolk, its reputation is founded not only on its unique setting but its great food, wine and service.
