- Tosolini limoncello
- Briottet apricot liqueur
- Rose champagne
Shake 35ml of limoncello and 35ml of apricot liqueur in a boston shaker. Add a dash of sugar syrup and strain into a chilled martini glass. Float a layer of rose champagne on top with a bar spoon. Garnish with a lemon twist and rose petals.
