The Fernery offers a truly intimate and exceptional dining experience. Douglas Balish draws his inspiration from our locality, so you can expect the best of Pembrokeshire produce together with the fabulous vegetables and herbs picked daily from our very own kitchen gardens. His dishes are elegant with exciting bold flavours and a distinctive modern British style. We are delighted that the restaurant has been awarded 3 prestigious AA Rosettes for the quality of the food each year since 2014.
Fernery Restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday from 18:30 to 21.00

As an intimate venue, and for the comfort of all our guests during the evening, children under the age of twelve are not allowed in the Fernery Restaurant. Dining options for younger children are available in the Artisan Rooms Restaurant.
The Artisan Rooms offers a relaxed dining experience in these stylish rooms overlooking our beautiful garden terrace. The menu has been inspired by the best of Welsh ingredients, expect grazing boards of the best of Welsh charcuterie, artisan cheese, Welsh lamb and beef, and Pembrokeshire landed fish.
The Artisan Rooms are the perfect choice for long lunches, relaxed dinners and a great Sunday lunch. In the summer months, guests are able to eat with us outside on our beautiful garden terrace.

Grove of Narberth welcomes well behaved dogs. Our Hotel Labradoodle Bronwen is very friendly and enthusiastic about visiting dogs and their owners. The hotel grounds and the surrounding area really are the perfect place to bring your dog.

From end of M4 continue on the A48 towards Carmarthen. At Carmarthen, take the A40 towards Haverfordwest. At the roundabout with the A478 take the first exit to Narberth. Continue past the primary school and the police station; follow the one-way system down James Street, when the road splits, take the left fork signposted Tenby. Drive down the hill out of Narberth and take the first right, turn immediately after the bridge. Follow this lane, past Herons Brook golf course for 1 mile. The entrance is on your right and has large stone pillars.
Narberth has its own train station. It is a request stop so please make sure you advise the driver. There is also a station in Clunderwen which gives you additional options. If you are coming by train, let us know and we can organise for you to be picked-up. The station is 5 minute drive from the house.

Attractions Near Grove of Narberth
Wales has relatively few great churches or abbeys, but the Castles of Wales form the most imposing group of monuments left from the Middle Ages, with Narberth Castle being one of them. The ruins date back to the 13th century and can be visited throughout the year.
Blue Lagoon is a place where carefree summers and cold winter nights come alive with breathtaking rides, rapid rivers and flumes, relaxing pools and special places just for kids. It‘s a fun-filled waterpark that guarantees thrilling aqua-adventures.
Our gardening team prepare a network of paths around our 28 acre grounds for guests to enjoy all year round. Whilst many parts of the gardens are in their infancy, there is lots to see whether you are exploring our kitchen gardens, walled garden, woodland project or bee hives. The excellent open views of the Preseli Mountains and the rolling Narberth hills from the estate are simply stunning. Evening walks are also very popular with our guests on a clear evening where the stars offer an exceptional show in the county with very little light pollution.
This adventure park is great for all the family, with lovely animals, a fun fairground and entertaining play areas, Folly Farm is a fantastic place for the whole family to unwind.
