Garden Martini

Serves 1


  • 37.5 ml Hendricks gin
  • 12.5 ml Chase elderflower liqueur
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 12.5 ml sugar syrup
  • 3 slices of cucumber (cut lengthways)
  • Edible rose petals


  • Shake all ingredients together and then double strain into a martini coupette glass
  • Garnish with cucumber and edible rose petals
