Ingredients:
- 37.5 ml Hendricks gin
- 12.5 ml Chase elderflower liqueur
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 12.5 ml sugar syrup
- 3 slices of cucumber (cut lengthways)
- Edible rose petals
Method:
- Shake all ingredients together and then double strain into a martini coupette glass
- Garnish with cucumber and edible rose petals
