2½ oz London dry gin, such as Warner Edwards
½ oz dry vermouth, preferably Noilly Prat
Green olive for garnish
- In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin and vermouth.
- Stir well for around 20 seconds, then strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with the olive and serve.
