- 125g Honey
- 110g Butter
- 50g Dark brown sugar
- 2 Free-range eggs
- 150g Self-raising flour
- Place the honey, butter and sugar into a pan and heat together until the mixture starts to boil.
- Take off the heat and allow to cool down to room temperature.
- Beat the eggs into the honey mix, then fold in the flour.
- Pour the cake batter into a cake tin and cook for 30 minutes at 160°c.
