- 25ml Boodles Mulberry Gin
- 25ml Elderflower liqueur
- 25ml Framboise
- 20ml Agave syrup
- 25ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 50ml Pomegranate juice
- Dried dragon fruit to garnish (optional)
- Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, framboise, agave syrup, lime juice and pomegranate juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake for 30-40 seconds.
- Strain into a glass and garnish with the dried dragon fruit.
