Aperol Sour

  • 50ml Aperol
  • 25ml Sugar syrup
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 1 Egg white


  1. Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice.
  2. Open the shaker, add ice, then shake again.
  3. Add some ice to a whiskey tumbler and double strain the cocktail over the ice.
