
Ingredients:
- 25ml cachaça (such as artisan brand Leblon)
- 25ml elderflower vodka
- 15ml rosemary syrup
- 15ml green chartreuse
- Top up with soda
- Garnish with lavender and edible flowers from the garden
Method:
- Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker (apart from the soda)
- Fill shaker ¾ full of ice
- Shake for at least 12 seconds
- Strain into a glass which is half full of ice
- Top up with soda and add garnish
