Artisan Cocktail

  • 25ml cachaça (such as artisan brand Leblon)
  • 25ml elderflower vodka
  • 15ml rosemary syrup
  • 15ml green chartreuse
  • Top up with soda
  • Garnish with lavender and edible flowers from the garden



  • Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker (apart from the soda)
  • Fill shaker ¾ full of ice
  • Shake for at least 12 seconds
  • Strain into a glass which is half full of ice
  • Top up with soda and add garnish
