Located in the heart of New Forest and nestled in the idyllic village of Beaulieu. The Montagu Arms Hotel is a privately owned country house hotel steeped in 17th century history.

The unique atmosphere and charm of this beautiful property is captivated in its 22 luxurious en-suite bedrooms which are all individually designed. During the winter months roaring log fires in the elegant lounge area invite you to sit and simply relax, whilst in the summer, evenings can be enjoyed Al Fresco before retreating leisurely to the stylish and comfortable conservatory.

The pretty English garden can be enjoyed from the Michelin Starred Terrace Restaurant or for more informal dining visit the on-site traditional bar & brassiere Monty's. Both restaurants use seasonal ingredients from the kitchen garden.

Views of the magnificent Beaulieu Palace, home to the Montagu family can be seen from a number of the rooms whilst others look over the much loved garden.

Monty’s Inn: Is an on-site traditional bar and brasserie which serves award-winning hand-pulled Ringwood ales, a collection of excellent wines and a range of beverages. If you’re looking for a family pub you’ve come to the right place. Monty's Inn serves an extensive kids menu using fresh, local and organic ingredients. We have a designated baby changing area and a selection of games to keep your little ones entertained.

The Library Bar and Magnolia Lounge: offer a relaxed, warm and cosy atmosphere. Elegant and stylishly decorated the Library Bar and Magnolia Lounge are the perfect place to enjoy relaxed all-day dining, beverages and pre or post dinner drinks.

From London: Follow the M3, bypassing Winchester and join the M27 westbound, following signs to Bournemouth. Leave the M27 at Junction 2, and turn left at the roundabout, following brown Tourist Board signs for the National Motor Museum and Beaulieu (A326). The rooms we have available for weddings and civil ceremonies include The Oakwood Room, which is perfect for the civil ceremonies and wedding breakfasts. The Library Bar offers a range of first-rate beverages and use of the relaxed Magnolia lounge with huge sofas by open fires. The picturesque gardens and ambient private dining facilities (Paris Room - up to 10 people, The Terrace Restaurant - catering up to 100 guests) make seamless additions to creating your perfect day.

Wedding Menu
Options

Menu options cater from reception drinks with canapés and nibbles, to a sumptuous wedding breakfast, and the delectable option of a hog roast for your evening reception. Bridal couples also have the option of tailor-made packages for the evening reception which includes the use of The Terrace Restaurant, a beautiful room catering for larger parties of up to 150 guests. Monty’s Inn can hold a maximum of 80 evening Guests, with the use of the restaurant area only.
